Strive Enterprise is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated bilingual Customer Service Representative to communicate with our customers via phone, email, and to handle payment collections.

Key Requirements:

  • 1Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • 2Ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers.

  • 3Patience and a strong willingness to solve problems.

  • 4A strong desire to learn and grow (training will be provided).

  • 5Reliable internet connection, updated computer, and smartphone.

  • 6Full-time availability (8 hours a day during USA office hours).
