• 1Excellent communication skills.
• 2Ability to speak and write perfect English. Spanish is a plus.
• 3A good internet connection.
• 4A computer and phone for making calls.
• 5Comfortable in a fast-paced environment — you will be using a power dialer (automatic phone dialer) to make hundreds of calls per day.

• 1Call new webinar sign-ups to welcome them and confirm attendance.
• 2Call no-shows to re-engage them and rebook for the next session.
• 3Follow up with leads who need more education before they are ready to talk to our sales team.
• 4Answer inbound calls and book qualified prospects on our closer's calendar.
• 5Send follow-up texts and emails using approved scripts.

• 1Base salary of $400 per month plus $10 bonus for every qualified appointment that shows up.
• 2The more appointments you set that show, the more you earn. No cap.
• 3Room to grow — top performers earn higher bonuses and commissions over time.
