Strive Enterprise RevSites
Everything you need to know before your consultation.

Unlike other website agencies, at Strive Enterprise we don’t build typical websites.

We build RevSites: Revenue-Generating Websites , designed to turn more visitors into calls, appointments, purchases, and qualified leads.

This page explain how RevSites work, what they include, our guarantees, pricing, and what to expect when working with Strive.

1. What is a RevSite & Core Guarantees

A RevSite (or Revenue-Generating Website) is a website built to do more than look professional. It is strategically designed to help your business turn more of its existing visitors into calls, appointments, and qualified leads.

Every RevSite combines custom research, SEO/AEO strategies, targeted messaging, custom design, conversion strategy, custom functionality, tracking, custom software, and specific features for your business needs. Instead of acting like an online brochure, it is built to function as a revenue-generating tool for your business. A business asset.

We guarantee two important things:
  • Conversion-Rate Guarantee
  • Load-Speed Guarantee

Here’s what we mean by that:

Conversion stands for:
Everything that turns a website visitor into a lead or a customer in your website. Like a call, a booking, a purchase, or an inquiry. That’s a conversion.

  • 1 conversion = 1 visitor became a lead from your website.
  • High conversion rate = a lot of visitors become leads.
  • Low conversion rate = few visitors become leads.

Load speed stands for:
The time your website takes to load. The faster it loads, the faster it shows on the screen.

  • Fast load speed: Your website loads almost immediately.
  • Slow load speed: Your website takes too much time trying to load on the screen.

Our Conversion-Rate Guarantee

First, we guarantee a 2–5% conversion rate. That means:

  • A typical website converts around 0.5%, or gets you 5 leads for every 1,000 visitors.
  • A RevSite converts 2–5%, or gets you 20–50 leads from the same 1,000 visitors.

That is 4X–10X more leads. From the same traffic.

Our Load-Speed Guarantee

We also guarantee a 1–3-second load time. Typical websites can take 8–16 seconds to load, but visitors often start leaving after only 3 seconds. A faster website helps keep more visitors engaged and gives you more opportunities to turn them into leads.

Your conversion rate is the percentage of website visitors who become leads by calling, completing a form, scheduling an appointment, requesting a quote, or making a purchase.

For example:
  • At 0.5%, 1,000 visitors generate about 5 leads.
  • At 2%, the same 1,000 visitors generate 20 leads.
  • At 5%, they generate 50 leads.

That is the same traffic producing more business.

A higher conversion rate means you can generate more leads without spending more money to attract additional visitors. A website should not only look professional; it should help turn visitors into real leads and customers. That is what a RevSite is built to do.

That’s because our main focus is not just design. Our focus is on results.

We start by learning about your business, market, services, ideal customers, and what they need to see to take action on your website and become a lead.

Then, we build a custom structure around the customer journey. Headlines, calls to action, services, benefits, trust elements, social proof, FAQs, and other content are strategically planned to generate more clicks, calls, forms, purchases and appointments.

We also build your RevSite with SEO and AEO in place, so it’s designed not only to convert more traffic, but at the same time increase the existing traffic; they’re built to be understood and found by search engines like Google, and AI platforms like ChatGPT or Gemini.

Because every RevSite is based on your business and how your customers make decisions, we can stand behind the process with our conversion rate and load speed guarantees.

Speed is built into every RevSite from the beginning, not treated as a final step.

We control the structure, code, images, videos, animations, scripts, plugins, and other elements that affect performance.

We use advanced tools and techniques to keep your RevSite resources light without affecting the quality, and also make sure the website loads only what the visitor sees on the screen at that very moment. This helps optimizing each page and make it load faster.

During our strict Quality Control processes before launch, we test your RevSite, find anything slowing it down, and fix it until it meets our speed standards.

Put simply, other companies may build first and optimize later. We build every RevSite to be fast from day one.

Every RevSite includes a custom strategy, custom design, and custom website structure built around your business, audience, services, and goals.

Depending on the package and your project requirements, it will include professional copywriting, conversion-focused pages, on-page and off-page SEO, AEO to show on AI searches and AI overviews, mobile-responsive design, analytics and tracking, security features, forms, custom booking software, e-commerce capabilities, social proof, integrations with your existing business systems, and our conversion and speed guarantees.

Your RevSite is also tested and optimized before launch for maximum performance, while maintaining our conversion-rate and loading-speed standards.

Because every business needs something different, we’ll recommend the right combination of pages, features, and services during the consultation. You’ll know exactly what’s included before the project begins.

If there was traffic coming to your website already, with a RevSite results become visible shortly after launching it. Your visitors already stumble upon an entirely different experience that walks them faster to become a lead for you.

SEO and marketing strategies, on the other hand, take longer to bring results, so every case varies. During the consultation, we can evaluate your current numbers and provide a more realistic expectation for your business.

If your business qualifies for the guarantee and your conversions don’t increase, we keep working at no charge until they do.

Your RevSite is built so AI platforms can better understand your business, services, and expertise.

This improves its chances of appearing in tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and other AI-powered searches. However, no company can guarantee exactly when or where an AI platform will show a business.

Yes. Every RevSite includes built-in on-page SEO optimization, and in almost every case, high-quality off-page SEO.

We organize the pages, content, titles, descriptions, and other relevant information so search engines can understand your RevSite. Our different RevSite packages also include advanced SEO services such as high-quality backlink building, digital press releases, and additional keyword-focused pages, based on the needs and goals of your business.

Ongoing services such as new content, continued SEO improvements, and backlink building are separate.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It helps search engines such as Google understand your website and show it to people searching for your services.

Simply put, SEO helps the right people find your business online.

AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. It helps AI tools and search engines find clear answers on your website and use them when responding to people’s questions.

Simply put, SEO helps people find your website through search results, while AEO helps your business appear in AI answers and search summaries.

If people are reaching the website but not taking action, the issue may involve its messaging, design, usability, credibility, speed, offer, or conversion path.

During the consultation, we’ll review the available information to determine whether the website appears to be the primary problem or whether another part of your marketing or sales process needs attention.

A professional appearance is important, but looking good does not always mean the website is helping your business achieve its goals.

A RevSite is built to do more than present your business professionally. It’s designed to create a stronger experience for visitors and help turn more of them into real opportunities, by combining the right structure, fast performance, and clear messaging that gets the point across.

Sometimes. If your existing website has a strong technical foundation, we may be able to improve specific pages, messaging, or other elements without rebuilding it.

We’ll review what you already have and recommend whether focused improvements are enough or whether rebuilding it would be the better long-term solution.

Yes. Most of our clients already have a website when they contact us.

We’ll evaluate what is working, what should be preserved, and what is preventing the website from producing better results. Depending on its condition and your goals, we may recommend improving the existing website or rebuilding it as a RevSite.

2. Experience & What Makes Strive Different

We’ve served more than 700 clients across 50+ different industries, in different business sizes and stages of growth.

Even if we have worked within your industry before, we won’t treat your company like a copy of another business. We take the time to understand your market, audience, services, competitive advantages, and specific goals before recommending a solution.

We work with businesses at different stages of growth, from newer companies establishing their presence to established organizations that require advanced functionality and a more sophisticated digital strategy.

We’ve served more than 700 clients across more than 50 industries, including service-based businesses, healthcare providers, B2B, B2C, contractors, professional firms, counseling, e-commerce companies, home services, non-profits, and other organizations.

Most web design agencies focus on delivering a website that looks professional. Strive builds RevSites that look professional and bring measurable results and performance.

Every RevSite is custom-built for your business and designed to achieve a 2–5% conversion rate while loading within 1–3 seconds.

We don’t just promise a better-looking website. We do not treat a website as an isolated design project. Every project is custom, based on your goals. We establish clear performance standards, and stand behind the results.

A freelancer is usually one person handling several parts of a project. A freelancer with 20 clients cannot provide VIP customer service or dedicated attention to one single project without affecting their other projects in cue.

With Strive, every project is supported by a full team of members with specialized experience in strategy, content, design, development, conversion, SEO, integrations, testing, and customer success.

This gives your project more quality control, broader expertise, continuity, and better communication throughout the whole journey. You are not depending on one person to manage every discipline or remain available throughout the entire project.

3. Pricing and Commitments

Every business is different, so the final investment depends on your current stage, goals, required functionality, and the level of customization involved.

As a general guideline:
  • Newer or growing businesses with early-stage goals typically invest between $3,000 and $12,000 with us.
  • Established businesses ready to improve their positioning and generate more opportunities typically invest between $20,000 and $30,000+
  • Larger businesses requiring a more advanced or highly customized solution typically invest between $30k and $100k+.
The investment may also vary if your project requires custom features such as lead magnets, advanced product pages, chatbots, AI integrations, custom dashboards, client portals, e-learning capabilities, or other specialized functionalities.

During the consultation, we’ll learn more about your business and recommend an option that fits your goals rather than trying to sell you features you don’t need.

Yes. We believe the payment structure should help you move forward; not prevent you from getting started.

Depending on the project and your eligibility, options may include Affirm, a down payment followed by split payments, monthly payments as low as $397, extended 11-month payment plans, or financing through our partners.

During the consultation, we’ll help you explore the payment option that makes the most sense for your business.

Yes. Like any professional website, your RevSite may have ongoing costs for services such as hosting, domain renewal, premium software, third-party integrations, or licenses.

Maintenance, technical support, SEO, marketing, and future improvements are also available as optional ongoing services. We’ll explain the required and optional costs before the project begins so you know what to expect after launch.

No. A RevSite project does not require you to enter into a long-term contract.

The project scope, payment structure, responsibilities, and deliverables will be clearly defined before work begins. Optional services such as ongoing maintenance, SEO, or marketing have their own separate agreements.

4. The Consultation

Yes. The initial consultation is completely free.

It gives us an opportunity to learn about your business, understand what is and is not working, review your goals, and determine whether Strive is the right fit. There is no obligation to move forward.

The initial consultation typically takes approximately 15-45 minutes.

We’ll use that time to learn about your business, discuss your current website and goals, and determine whether it makes sense to explore a solution together. More complex situations may require a longer follow-up conversation.

The consultation is a conversation about your business, current website, goals, challenges, and what you want the website to accomplish.

We may also discuss your traffic, lead generation, current conversion performance, required functionality, timeline, and approximate investment range.

If we believe Strive is a good fit, we’ll explain the most appropriate next step. If we are not the right fit, we’ll be honest about that as well.

There is no need to prepare a formal presentation. Simply come ready to tell us about your business, what is currently not working, and what you would like to improve.

Yes. We’ll review your current website to better understand its design, messaging, structure, user experience, and how effectively it turns visitors into calls or leads.

The initial consultation is not a complete technical audit, but it allows us to identify the most important opportunities and determine whether a RevSite would benefit your business.

5. Project Process and Customization

The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project.

A smaller project may take approximately 1-2 weeks, while a larger, highly customized website could take 3-4 months.

Some larger projects are split in phases, where the initial phase is functional on its own, and the next phases have additional features and functionalities.

Every website goes through a strict process of Quality Control, testing, verification, and revisions before final delivery, all within the stipulated timelines; but your feedback can take as long as you require it to be. This may, of course, extend the final delivery.

We will request your feedback throughout the project to ensure the website remains aligned with your needs and expectations.

You will have a dedicated Customer Success Advisor who will serve as your main point of contact throughout the project.

Your Customer Success Advisor will communicate with our internal team, keep you informed, collect your feedback, and help ensure the project remains aligned with your goals and expectations.

Yes. Our team remains always available after your RevSite launches.

Unlike websites built by many other agencies, RevSites are designed and developed to last for several years, giving your business a reliable foundation that can grow with you;

However, if you ever experience an issue with them, you can always contact us and we’ll review it. If the issue was caused by changes made by client misusage, other providers, or third-party software, additional fees may apply. We’ll explain the situation and any costs before completing the work.

You can also hire Strive to maintain your RevSite, add new content, add new pages, or add new features as your business grows. We offer ongoing plans for website care, security updates, ongoing SEO services, performance improvements, and general support to help keep your RevSite in tip-top shape for years to come.

Yes. Your RevSite’s strategy, messaging, structure, and suggested features will be based on your business and goals.

Our frameworks, designs and conversion principles apply across different industries, but the final RevSite should represent your company; not look like a generic template with your logo added to it.

RevSites are custom-developed around your business, audience, goals, services, and brand. We do not simply insert your logo and content into a generic template.

We use proven principles and frameworks to guide the strategy, but RevSites’ messaging, structure, design, user journey, and functionality are developed according to what your business needs.

Yes. If you already have established branding, we can incorporate your existing logo, colors, fonts, imagery, and brand guidelines into your RevSite.

If certain elements need to be refined to improve consistency, credibility, or usability, we’ll explain our recommendations before making significant changes.

Yes. We can help identify the type of visual content your RevSite needs and recommend the best approach for your business. We can also generate content if you have none or your current content doesn’t meet the quality standards needed on a RevSite.

Depending on the project, we may work with appropriately licensed images, existing materials, custom graphics, or content provided by your team. We can also guide you on what professional photos or videos would be most valuable if new content is needed.

Not necessarily. Before every project, we research your business, audience, services, competitive advantages, and goals to help organize and develop the website’s messaging.

Advanced packages also include professional copywriting that goes beyond the basics. This helps strengthen your messaging and significantly improve the overall quality of your website’s content.

You know your business best, so we’ll still need your input and approval. However, unlike other website agencies, you will never be handed a blank document and expected to figure out the entire website on your own.

Yes. We can migrate relevant content from your existing website to your new RevSite.

However, we do not automatically transfer everything without reviewing it first. We evaluate which content should be preserved, improved, reorganized, rewritten, or removed based on your business goals, your requests, and the new website strategy.

6. Platform, Hosting, and Integrations

Most RevSites are custom-built using WordPress or Shopify, depending on your business and project requirements. Regardless, its design, structure, messaging, functionality, and customer journey are still developed specifically for your business.

We use WordPress and Shopify because they make routine updates easier for your team and prevent dependence on a closed system that only one developer understands.

Other custom-built websites are difficult for clients or other agencies to manage. If you change providers, modifying them becomes unnecessarily complicated and expensive with them.

In Strive, that’s not the case. Our goal is to give you a custom RevSite without locking you into Strive. You retain control of an established platform your team or another qualified provider can continue managing.

Yes. Unlike other website agencies, we take the time to understand the integrations your business needs, including CRMs, booking systems, payment platforms, analytics, advertising tools, chat systems, email marketing platforms, dashboards, and other business software.

We plan these integrations before the project begins instead of trying to figure them out as we go. Because every platform works differently, we confirm compatibility and determine the required level of customization in advance.

This allows us to build higher-quality, more reliable integrations that support your business operations and create a smoother experience for visitors using your RevSite.

In many cases, yes. We’ll evaluate your current hosting environment to confirm that it can support your RevSite’s performance, security, functionality, and technical requirements.

If your current hosting is a good fit, we can continue using it. If it could limit your website’s performance or functionality, we’ll explain why and recommend a better option.

If you don’t currently have hosting (or need a more reliable solution) we also offer affordable, high-quality hosting designed to support your RevSite:

7. SEO and AI Visibility

On-page SEO and off-page SEO are included with your RevSite in the majority of cases. This means your RevSite is structured so search engines can properly access and understand its pages, and it’s made to rank online.

Depending on the project, this includes elements such as page structure, performance, backlink building, digital press releases, and other tailored SEO strategies. Ongoing SEO services, content creation, backlink building, and continued ranking improvements are separate services.

A website rebuild can affect search rankings if the migration is not handled correctly. That is why we review important content, URLs, metadata, redirects, and technical SEO considerations as part of the process.

Our goal is to protect your existing search visibility while creating a stronger foundation for future growth. Some temporary ranking movement may still occur after launch as Google processes the updated website.

Yes. In addition to foundational SEO, RevSites are structured with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in mind.

This helps search engines, AI assistants, and generative platforms understand your business, services, expertise, and the questions your customers are asking. Depending on the project, this may include technical elements built-in with your RevSite that will make your content easier for AI platforms to interpret.

Ongoing content creation, authority building, and continued SEO, AEO, and GEO improvements are separate services.

8. Ownership, Access, and Support

Yes. Once the project has been paid in full, you will own your RevSite.

Unlike other website agencies, we do not believe in lock-ins and keeping your online assets hostage. We build them for you, but we do not own them. Any business owner should own their own online assets.

The website is created for your business, and you will not be required to continue working with Strive to keep ownership of it. We would still love to keep working with you afterwards.

Yes. Once the project has been paid in full, you will own the content and custom design created for your RevSite.

Any third-party tools, software, fonts, images, or integrations used on the website may remain subject to their respective providers’ licenses and terms. Our frameworks, processes and technology designed by Strive to build your RevSite, still remain property of Strive.

Yes. You will have access to your RevSite and the relevant accounts associated with it.

We believe your business should maintain control over its digital assets. We can also provide support if you prefer our team to continue managing the website after launch.

Yes. RevSites are structured so routine updates can be managed without rebuilding it.

We can also discuss continued support if you would prefer our team to handle updates, maintenance, improvements, or future expansions for you.

Possibly. Every situation is different, but our team can review what happened and explore the available recovery options.

Depending on the case, we may be able to contact Google or another platform on your behalf, guide you through its recovery process, communicate with the current account holder or provider, or find another practical way to recover your online assets.

Because access recovery depends on third-party platforms and circumstances outside our control, we cannot guarantee that every account or resource can be recovered. During the consultation, we’ll review your situation and recommend the best next step.

Unfortunately, this is a common practice in the online marketing world. We strongly disapprove this practice and do not operate that way.

In the consultation, we’ll review which accounts and online assets were affected. And when possible, we’ll verify what recovery options may be available.

However, since many of these decisions depend on third parties, we cannot guarantee that every account or asset can be recovered.

Every case is different. We’ll assess your situation and recommend the best next steps.
